1. Who provides Solène
Solène is provided by Verlium Networks, a Spain-based network infrastructure company ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@solenevpn.com. These Terms govern use of our website, Telegram bots and Mini Apps, and VPN subscription service. They take effect on 6 November 2026.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms. A paid subscription also includes the plan and purchase conditions presented to you before you accept an order. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have legal capacity to enter into the applicable agreement.
2. The service
Solène supplies VPN subscription configurations and Telegram-based account management for supported VPN clients, including Happ. Your plan determines the term and permitted number of devices.
All plans support Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, with 10 Gbit/s server bandwidth and no service-imposed speed or traffic allowance. Server bandwidth is shared capacity, not guaranteed individual throughput. Your connection, routing, server load and destination services affect performance. A VPN does not make every online activity anonymous or replace device security.
3. Your account and devices
Sign-in uses your Telegram account. Keep that account secure and your personal subscription URL confidential: the URL is an access credential. Tell us promptly if it may have been disclosed. We may replace compromised credentials to protect access.
Access requires an active subscription and compliance with its device limit. A hardware identifier and available client/device metadata identify registered devices. Remove an old device in the Mini App to free a slot. An over-limit import receives an explanatory, non-connecting profile. Contact us to correct an incorrect registration.
4. Plans, payment and cancellation
The monthly base is ₽390 for 3 devices, plus ₽30 per additional device. Terms of 3, 6 and 12 months reduce that monthly base, including extra devices, by 10%, 15% and 20% respectively. The calculator shows the effective monthly price and the total for the selected term in Russian rubles.
The website calculator is a quote, not a payment or activation. Before accepting a purchase, review the total payable, applicable taxes, term, device limit, activation and renewal conditions supplied through our sales flow. Access ends on the subscription expiry shown in your account unless renewed. Simply opening the website or Mini App does not authorize a recurring charge.
Send cancellation, withdrawal, billing and refund requests to contact@solenevpn.com. Any statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract remains available. Where starting a service during a withdrawal period requires an express request or acknowledgment, that must be obtained separately; these Terms alone do not waive it. Refunds and remedies required by applicable consumer law remain available.
5. Responsible use
Do not use Solène for unlawful activity, attacks, spam, credential theft, or interference with other people, services or networks. Do not publish, resell or distribute personal access credentials without permission. You are responsible for observing laws applicable to your use.
We may proportionately restrict access where credentials are compromised, there is a material breach of these Terms, or action is necessary to protect the service or meet a legal obligation. Where legally and operationally possible, we will explain the reason and provide a way to challenge an incorrect restriction. Contact us for review; mandatory refund rights are unaffected.
6. Availability, liability and changes
Maintenance, outages, network conditions and third-party services can interrupt connections. Locations and client compatibility may change. We communicate service notices through Telegram, the Mini App and supported VPN clients. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or access to every third-party destination.
We remain responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer remedies.
We will notify you of material changes affecting your subscription before they take effect. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or mandatory protections. If a change materially reduces a paid service, you retain any cancellation, refund or other remedy provided by applicable law.
7. Other services and privacy
Telegram handles authentication and bot communications; Happ and other supported clients handle imported VPN profiles. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Hosting, storage, delivery and network service providers support Solène under the arrangements described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains the account, device and operational information used to deliver the service, Swiss database hosting, recipients and your data rights. Keep your device and VPN client up to date.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to any mandatory protections of the law of your habitual residence that apply to you as a consumer. You may bring a dispute before a court competent under applicable law; these Terms do not require binding arbitration or remove consumer jurisdiction rights.
