A few things to know
How are devices counted?
Each registered device occupies one slot. You can remove an old device in the Mini App before adding another.
What changes between plans?
Only the device limit. All plans include the same platform support, bandwidth and unlimited speed and traffic.
How do longer terms work?
3 months costs 10% less per month, 6 months 15% less, and 12 months 20% less than the monthly rate. The calculator shows the full term total.
Does 10 Gbit/s mean I get that speed?
It describes server bandwidth. Your actual connection speed depends on your internet provider, location, selected server and network load.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Open the Solène customer bot in Telegram. The Mini App shows your access, devices, available locations and service notices.
